- Heresite is the most advance corrosion resistant coating for evaporator
and condenser coil surfaces available today. We ship our finished coil surfaces to be
coated, protecting all surfaces of the coil - fins, tubes,
connections, etc. This finish is ideal for the most corrosive environments such as near
coastal locations, even with light seawater spray.
- Gold-Fin is an economical alternative to Heresite and consists of a special corrosion resistant fin material which prolongs its life in corrosive environments without affecting its heat transfer capabilities. Note that this only protects the fins, which tend to corrode fastest, and not the other components of the coil. For highly corrosive environments, Heresite should be used.
