COOLER DOOR SPECIFICATIONS:

Supply where indicated on plans Jamison Plyfoam Ў Package Passing Cooler Door.

Door panel to be constructed of #26 gauge white pre-painted stucco embossed steel pans front and back with plywood reinforcement for rigidity and hardware attachment.

Frame metal clad on all exposed surfaces with #26 gauge white pre-painted stucco embossed steel. Flat top of sill to have #16 gauge galvanized steel sill plate.

Door to be 4" (101.6mm) in overall thickness and filled with Jamifoam polyurethane insulation with an R value of 28 at 40А F (4НАC).

Gasket at four sides of door lip to be grease resistant synthetic skin with resilient sponge core.

Hardware to have protective coating against corrosion and to consist of two ball bearing strap hinges and single point wedge type fastener on front of door (back operation optional).

FREEZER DOOR SPECIFICATIONS:

Freezer door specifications to be same as cooler door except for these substitutions and additions:

Supply where indicated on plans Jamison Plyfoam Ў Package Passing Freezer Door.

All metal cladding on warm side of door (front-unless otherwise specified) and frame shall be applied with all seams and penetrating bolts sealed.

Provide Frostop heater cables in the sides, head, and sill of the frame at gasket contact areas. Complete device to be assembled, ready for connection to 120 volt, 60 Hertz (50 Hertz also available), single phase AC line.

SPECIAL NOTES:

When cold room temperature is below -20А F (-29АC) or temperature difference is more than 90А F (50АC), contact BMIL International.
If freezer door must be mounted in freezer room, please contact BMIL International for recommendations.

Back operation

Padlock provisions:
a. On-front - locking pin for fastener, padlock by others.
b. On back - spring loaded slide bolt for padlock by others.

If doors to be used in meat processing plants subject to federal and state inspection, metal cladding to be applied per M.I.D. requirements.

6" (152.4mm) of insulation for freezer door (R value of 42).

Metal cladding can be stainless steel, stucco aluminum, galvanized, or galvanized steel painted to meet specifications.

Double strip curtains.
a. One set mounted in jambs behind cold storage door.
b. Two curtains mounted in jambs behind cold storage door, with jambs up to 30" (762mm) deep (plywood construction).
