• Metal Clad

• Supply where indicated on plans Jamison Double Auto-Close doors.
• Door leaves to consist of 1-1/4" (31.75) wood cores encased in galvanized steel sheeting; lower 4 ft. (1219.2mm) #14 gauge, balance #20 gauge. Sheeting to be wraparound type, solidly riveted through the shaft and core.
• Hardware to have galvanized finish and to consist of top Cam-N-Ball gravity hinges and bottom bearings. Cam hinges to be equipped with grease fittings and set screws for positive centering of doors after erection.
• Each door leaf to be equipped with an 8" (203.2mm) diameter view window factory glazed with 1/4" (6.35mm) thick clear wire glass.
• Wood frame to consist of 1-1/4" x 5-1/2" (31.75mm x 139.7mm) casing and 1-1/4" x 5-1/2" (31.75mm x 139.7mm) jamb. Frame to be metal clad on all exposed surfaces with #26 gauge galvanized steel. Gaskets to be attached to head and side jamb with metal retaining strips to close gap between door leaves and frame.

• Supply where indicated on plans Jamison Double Auto-Close doors, without frame, to be installed at job in steel frames furnished by others.
• Door leaves to consist of 1-1/4" (31.75mm) wood cores encased in galvanized steel sheeting; lower 4 ft. (1219.2mm) #14 gauge, balance #20 gauge. Sheeting to be wraparound type, solidly riveted through the shaft and core.

• Steel frame, furnished by others, to have minimum 6" (152.4mm) mounting surface and sufficient cross section or backup plates to accommodate 3/8" (9.525mm) diameter bolts.
• Gasket with metal retainer strips and screws to be furnished with battens for attachment to head and side jambs of frame at job.

1. If doors to be used in meat processing plants subject to federal and state inspection, metal cladding to be applied per MID, USDA regulations.
2. Available as track door (specify height to top of rail.)
   a. Wood frame with special insulated track bulkhead.
   b. Leaves notched for rail.

   a. 8" (203.2mm) diameter 1/4" (6.35mm) thick clear plastic.
   b. 12" x 12" x 1/4" (304.8mm x 304.8mm x 6.35mm) thick clear wire glass.

4. Spring Steel Bumpers - Set of 4 bumpers, approximately 19" long x 8" (482.6mm x 203.2mm) high.
5. Spring assists available on doors exposed to strong air movement.
6. Heater cable system for temperatures below + 32° F (0°C) consult BMIL International.

8. Frame protection - Where abuse and abrasion can occur from truck traffic, frame to be protected 4'0" (1219.2mm) high with #16 or #14 gauge galvanized steel kick-plates.
