Pit Levelers:

Top-of-Dock Levelers:

  Versatile Top-of-Dock Levelers are perfect for retrofit situations where there is no existing pit, and working range requirements exceed those provided by Edge-of-Docks.
  Easy to operate. Our simple, straightforward design means fewer moving parts -- making operation easy, while reducing the cost of maintenance and repair.

Edge-of-Dock Levelers:

• Mechanical, Barlift, and Hydraulic
  Rugged, Edge-of-Dock Levelers are available in standard capacities up to 30,000 lbs. (13,608kgs.) in 66" (1676mm) or 72" (1829mm) widths. PIONEER also provides 78" (1981mm) and 84" (2134mm) width models. All models are available with or without bump blocks.
  Long-Lasting. Fine crafted PIONEER Levelers offer maximum deck strength and durability to help eliminate deck failure. Our rugged structural channels have a 39% greater elastic bending capacity than other industry-accepted designs.

Dock Seals and Shelters:

  Keep weather outside where it belongs and help save on energy costs. Available in most popular colors and fabrics such as Vinyl, Hypalon and Neoprene. Options include wear shingles, tapered units, galvanized metal hoods, and more.

Truck Restraints:

  Sturdy, low-profile PIONEER Truck Restraints bolt to dock face and ground, providing a restraining force of more than 50,000 lbs. (22,680 kgs.). Competitively priced and easy to install, our restraints make safety simple and affordable.

Portable Dockboards for Truck and Rail:

• Steel and Aluminum
  Reliable Dockboards from PIONEER feature safety tread plate design for positive traction, beveled edges for smooth entry or exit, and lifting loops or chain for optimum portability. Your choice of steel or aluminum -- these highly portable boards are available in a wide range of sizes and capacities.
