In order to properly design a POWERBLAST to meet your requirements, we first obtain detailed information about your needs. We then size and optimize the refrigeration system needed to accomplish the task and build an insulated enclosure around the evaporator coil and product. If you have a fixed or limited amount of space, we can advise maximum amount of product that can be frozen within that space. The BMIL PowerBlast is flexible with exceptionally fast changeover. Now you can change products, blast times, blast methods, and blast temperatures quickly.
BMIL can customize the PowerBlast with the unique capability to operate in serveral different modes.
- 1. Individual Quick Frozen
- 2. Brine freezing in tubs
- 3. Batch freezing or Conveyer freezing, and
- 4. Batch chilling or Conveyor chilling
- 5. Palletized products with air flow spacers.
This air-blast freezer is the most economical and practical method of blast freezing nearly ANY product at rates of 2,000 lb/hr and less. Additionally the Power blast can be set up to automatically move from blast mode to hold mode to prevent product damage and lower operating cost.
