TS-200 TS-150	Thermal break separates inner and outer skins so virtually no heat or cold is conducted through section. Prepainted inner and outer skins for added corrosion-resistance. NOTE: Both skins are also hot-dipped galvanized steel for further protection against corrosion. Solid polyurethane core provides maximum thermal efficiency and adds to quiet operation and strength. Two 1-3/4" roll-formed struts per section add rigidity and strength. Two-inch nominal thickness. Embossed pinstriping (grooves) on Thermospan 200's outer skin adds strength and enhances appearance. Thermospan 200-20 features a rugged 20 gauge flush exterior surface. Joint seal prevents air infiltration and saves energy

TS-200 TS-150 OPTIONAL WINDOWS. Windows shall be as specified from the following options:	THERMOSPAN Factory Glazed Windows 24" x 6" 1/2" sealed insulated glass window unit mounted in a molded high-impact polymer frame is standard. Optional 1/4" glass, acrylic and polycarbonate are available single pane. THERMOSPAN ALUMINUM FULL-VIEW Painted aluminum rails and stiles with glazing retained by a rigid vinyl molding and sealed with closed-cell foam tape. Standard 1/8" DSB 1/8" Acrylic (Plexiglass) 1/8" Polycarbonate (Lexan) 1/4" Polished Wire Glass 1/4" Plate Glass 1/4" Acrylic (Plexiglass) 1/4" Polycarbonate (Lexan) 1/2" Double insulated (SSB)
	Bulb-Shaped astragal (bottom seal) won't ice up, provides added protection against air and water infiltration...even when floor is uneven.

THE INSIDE STORY
Thermospan 200 & 200-20 is the result of state-of-the-art technology and a patented, proven manufacturing process. Polyurethane is continuous formed-in-place between the inner and outer steel skins to form a homogenous sandwich of steel/polyurethane/steel. This manufacturing technique produces outstanding thermal, strength and bonding characteristics. Close inspection shows that every part of the finished composite is completely filled with polyurethane-including the two integral horizontal ribs of each section.

A TOTAL INSULATING SYSTEM
Thermospan 200 & 200-20 is a total system including thermal barrier and joint seals as well as vinyl top seal and bottom astragal - all attached to the door sections. All seals (provided to minimize air infiltration) are factory-installed to save installation time and avoid the problems sometimes found on conventional doors due to inadvertent exclusion of seals during installation.
